Trailer water heater
This trailer is an ancient--older than me even--model. The old water heater (pictured) was too big and looked to be a used one. I replaced it with a 30 gallon, which barely fit.
The after pictures didn't get taken, but it looks good.

Bellingham Kitchen Sink
We do almost everything including the kitchen sink. This job was replacing the sink, disposer, faucet and the drains below the sink. It was typical that the counter top had to be cut larger to fit the new sink. The cut was done by a counter top company.
This is now a very nice kitchen.

Bellingham drains
Bellingham has some very talented artists here and sometimes they try to do plumbing. Luckily, Bellingham also has plumbers who think in straight lines and downhill slopes.
Okay, there were other problems in this app, like the holes in the tee (first pic) in the wall that destroyed the wall and a few pieces of equipment (washing machine, etc) tied into the drain, but still it only took 5 hours from arrival to departure for me to do it correctly.
Not forgetting the holes in the drain tee. That was huge.

Water heater in tight space
This electric water....
We had to remove the door frame to remove it and install the new one. Luckily, we had an old style electric (thinner) available. Otherwise, we may have had to remodel the closet to fit the new water heater in the space.
