Summer time and Bellingham plumbers

We plumbers have it rough here. Got a call around noon that there was a bad water leak in the park. Had to check it out stat. After an hour of staring at it, I decided it was a natural thang and went back to work.

Size perspective isn't that good, but that mess is 12" x 3". I was able to get it out with a minimum of fuss. This time.

I installed the second unit with some drain repiping. Much more efficent with far less water connections.

This pebble was restricting flow into the building. Probably got there from the new water meter install in Bellingham, but what do I know. Fixed it and it's a done deal.

I had no end of fun with that corrosion. Really wanted to smoke it, but the homeowner stopped me. Stoopid coppers never lets me have fun. Seriously, though, it looks like the pipe is ready to go any second now. Always be aware of your pipes.
